Nach dem „Svastika Skandale“ von TAAKE, infolgedessen die Band von etlichen Festivals flog, hat nun auch das Label Dark Essence Records seine Distanzierung von den Vorfällen klar gemacht:

„In the last days, there’s been a lot of controversy around TAAKE, because of an extremely stupid stunt at one of their gigs in Germany. In case somebody wonders, Dark Essence Records has NOTHING to do with the swastika scandal in Essen, and don’t support that at all. Hoest [TAAKE frontman] takes all responsiblities for his actions, and all questions regarding this incident should be directed to him. Because of this, TAAKE won’t play at any of the festivals that were confirmed, and Twilight [the German record distributor] has stopped selling the band’s titles.“
