DEFTONES werden anscheinend ihr neues Album „Saturday Night Wrist“ am 31. Oktober veröffentlichen, nachdem sich die Aufnahmen drei Jahre lang hingezogen haben. Die erste Single heisst „Hole In The Earth“.

Drummer Abe Cunningham gab zu, dass die Aufnahmen zu diesem Album alles andere als Spass gemacht haben: „The recording of the band’s fifth album was not fun at all, and not pleasant. It was horrendous. It made me very sad…We weren’t communicating…we didn’t like each other.“
