Am 24. September erscheint DARKTHRONEs neues Album „F.O.A.D.“, dessen erste Aufnahmen bereits 18 Monate zurückliegen. Die Tracklist des Albums liest sich wie folgt:

Etwas früher, am 23. Juli nämlich, erscheint mit „NWOBHM“ (New Wave Of Black Heavy Metal) die neue EP von DARKTHRONE. Sie kommt in zwei Fassungen daher: Einmal als CD, einmal als 7″ Vinyl. Neben „Canadian Metal“ und „Wisdom of the Dead“ in Versionen, die von denen des Albums abweichen, gibt es auf der EP das Stück „Hedninger Fra Helvete“ und das TESTORS-Cover „Bad Attitude“ zu hören. Den Song „Canadian Metal“ könnt Ihr Euch unter diesem (Link) bereits anhören.

Im Übrigen hat Nocturno Culto sich nun bei Myspace registriert. Zu seinen Gründen äußerte er sich wie folgt: „Well, sadly enough, I just discovered that some lonely, sad bastard is pretending to be me at Myspace. I’m truly sorry on behalf of all the „friends“ the fakesite got. It will be dealt with, believe me. So that actually force me to reveal my real profile on Myspace that I just recently registered, and you’re all welcome there of course. I HAD to register to get hold of certain people, so the profile is very minimalistic at the moment, but will be updated soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.“
